Hamlton Health Sciences’ Seniors Care program offers a variety of clinics and services to support older adults with complex healthcare needs, or those aging independently in the community. Our teams have expertise in the areas of dementia, Alzheimer’s, delirium, frailty, and rehabilitation. We also partner with community organizations to offer programming and conduct research around seniors’ health and well-being.
